1. General Conditions of Sale.
The conclusion of sales contracts is governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree", implementing Directive 2000/31 / EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to e-commerce). For the purposes of the aforementioned regulations, the Customer is the natural person who buys the products for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business or professional activity, which is carried out or does not make the purchase indicating in the order form any indication of the VAT. The contract is concluded between Glam srl and the Customer, at the time when the Customer will receive confirmation of acceptance of the order by email

Every single product is provided with an identification code to indicate the order and sale price in the order form.
The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties, except for the cost of transport and costs due for payment on delivery. All prices are in Euro.

In compliance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, by e-mail, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order.
