The products purchased on Glamhairshop will be delivered throughout Italy within 72 working hours (generally delivery takes place within 24/48 working hours except for Sicily, Sardinia, Puglia and Calabria where delivery is expected within 48/72 working hours) from reception and from payment of the order.

To receive the products quickly and comfortably and to prevent your shipment from being stored we suggest to indicate the address where you spend most of the day (eg work address) or where there is a person of trust who can collect your package.
Furthermore, for a precise and punctual delivery we suggest to indicate your mobile number.
Not with standing these indications, if your shipment will be stored for any reason, Glam srl staff will contact you in order to give new delivery instructions to the courier.
We inform our customers that orders received and paid by 12:00 will be processed and shipped on the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for orders received and paid after 12:30 will be guaranteed evasion and shipment within the next business day.
It is not possible to provide warranty regarding delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are not attributable to Glam srl (eg strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, etc.). So if these times are not guaranteed the customer can not claim compensation.
Shipping costs in Italy
Shipping costs in Italy are free for orders of minimum € 49.00 including VAT and for some selected categories. For orders under € 49.00 including VAT, shipping costs in Italy amount to € 4.90.
Shipping costs outside the Italian territory
For deliveries outside the national territory the cost will depend on the destination of the goods. For each case the cost of shipping will be displayed automatically before the order confirmation.
